Vincent Van Gogh is a famous artist from the Netherlands and was born on the 30th of March 1853 in a town called Zundert. He produced over two thousand one hundred artworks in just over one decade. He was famous for his beautiful self portraits and landscapes, and for his unique oil paintings, watercolours,drawings and sketches.

Vincent died in Auvers-sur- Oise in France on the 29th of July in 1890 just three years after painting A Woman Walking in a Garden due to a gunshot wound.
